Job Summary:
As Marketing Director, you will lead DMD’s overall marketing strategy and execution to establish the company as a recognized leader in IT asset disposition (ITAD). Your responsibilities include strengthening our digital presence, improving campaign performance, ensuring consistent branding, and driving demand generation. You’ll also support the development of marketing and sales enablement tools, working closely with company leadership to increase qualified leads, attract new clients, expand business lines, and improve client retention. In addition, you’ll manage a small team and oversee contractors to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a marketing plan aligned with client and stakeholder needs.
- Innovate and adopt new B2B marketing strategies and processes.
- Optimize budget and resource allocation for best results.
- Build, coach, and lead the marketing team.
- Select and manage contractors, vendors, and marketing tools.
- Oversee digital channels (website, email, social media).
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.
- Enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
- Create sales support materials (decks, case studies, blog posts).
- Partner with sales to develop effective collateral.
- Implement client retention strategies to boost loyalty and spend.
- Use KPIs and analytics to guide decisions.
- Lead brand awareness initiatives, including PR and events.
- Report marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.
Key Results:
The role will be measured by the following deliverables:
- Lead Generation: Increased qualified inbound leads
- Customer Acquisition: New contracted enterprise accounts converted through MQLs.
- Sales Enablement Impact: Sales collateral and tools that result in a measurable improvement in sales conversion rates.
- Customer Engagement: Increased client engagement measured through retention rates, net promoter score surveys, reviews and other channels.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years in Marketing or RevOps.
- 4+ years with marketing tech tools (Adobe, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.).
- 3+ years managing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability is a plus.
