Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Erasure of Customer Data

· Monitor Erasure Software

· Grade assets for resale

· Physically Destroy HDD’s

· Provide recommendations and actions to improve the department and outcomes

Requirements:

· Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent work experience)

· 1 year experience with computer software/hardware experience

· Comfortable using a computer for data entry

· Ability to make quick decisions

· Consistently follow process and procedures

· Demonstrate care and safekeeping to each IT Asset

· Experience troubleshooting issues with enterprise-grade information systems (servers, networking equipment, storage arrays, etc.), laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

· Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time; squatting, twisting, bending, and lifting between 20-40 lbs. (or more) regularly (with or without accommodations)

· Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment

· No felonies for theft for the prior 7 years

Bonus Points (not required):

· Interest in Technology

· Prior experience using Erasure Software’s

· Laptop Repair experience

· Experience with PC/Laptop hardware

· A+ certifications

Shift Schedule:

· 8-hour shift

· Full Time

· Day Shift

· Monday-Friday

· Hours of operation: 5:30 AM-4:30 PM
