- Support operations teams as needed by providing technical escalation, issue triage, user guidance, and follow-through on application-related requests
- Become a trusted source of knowledge for Dynamics applications, business workflows, system changes, known issues, and user-facing process guidance
- Test new Dynamics applications, features, enhancements, and bug fixes before release to ensure they work as intended and are ready for business users
- Support user adoption by preparing release notes, job aids, quick-reference guides, onboarding materials, and practical how-to documentation
- Help onboard new users and teams to Dynamics by explaining workflows, access, expectations, and where to go for help
- Track support issues, enhancement requests, testing feedback, and adoption blockers so the Enterprise Applications team can prioritize the right improvements
- Coordinate with the Director of Enterprise Applications and technical resources when issues require deeper troubleshooting, configuration changes, or development work
- Assist with basic data review, user access validation, and process checks to help maintain reliable application operations
- Process asset releases by verifying client authorization, confirming release eligibility in Ziperase and PrologMobile, updating item status records, and coordinating with Operations to ensure final release approval and completion
Education and Experience:
- Experience supporting business applications, help desk operations, enterprise systems, or technical support functions preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or similar enterprise application platforms is a plus
- Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to support users patiently, clearly, and professionally
- Ability to learn business workflows quickly and explain system changes in practical, user-friendly language
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track issues, document follow-ups, and manage competing support requests
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create simple documentation, job aids, and release notes
- High attention to detail, especially when testing new features, validating user feedback, and confirming issues are resolved
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
