Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to improve DMD presence and positioning as “the only” ITAD services provider through various digital channels with compelling content, memorable events, and consistent storytelling, resulting in improved prospect and client engagement as measured by leads, translation to revenue, and sales effectiveness


This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to convert content, brand, and experiences into measurable brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

You will be working with key platforms—including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe, PR Newswire, Hootsuite, AI, and other content development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Storytelling
  • Create and manage high-quality content that will be published across all channels (LinkedIn, email, blog, web)
  • Develop campaign-driven content aligned to demand generation initiatives
  • Message test to ensure content resonates with ICP
  • Measure customer impact and iterate based on learnings
  • Maintain content guidelines, templates and best practices
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content and experiences
  • Uses customer feedback, analytics, AI and automation to develop compelling content
  • Contribute to website refresh and relaunch activities

Events & Field Marketing
  • Plan and execute events including industry conferences, webinars, and customer engagements
  • Own end-to-end event execution: logistics, promotion, onsite coordination, and follow-up
  • Partner with sales to maximize event ROI and pipeline impact
  • Create event-related content before, during, and after to extend reach
  • Manage vendor relationships and event budgets

Key Results:
  • The role will be measured by the following deliverables, in order of importance:
    • Clear connection between marketing activities and revenue
    • Delivery of consistent, high-quality content establishing DMD as a verifiable “only”
    • Aligned campaigns to company strategy and market priorities generating tangible leads
    • Well-executed events that drive measurable pipeline and customer engagement
    • Measurable increase in engagement across social, digital channels and demand generation

Education and Experience:
 
  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing (content, brand, events, or integrated marketing roles)
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Experience managing events (trade shows, webinars, field events)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content tools, and marketing automation systems
  • A balance of creativity and operational discipline
  • Demonstrative success in content marketing associated with measurable business outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Employment Details:
This full-time position reports to Marketing leadership. The role includes salary (commensurate with experience and responsibilities) and a benefits package. DMD is an equal opportunity employer. This position is remote, with a preference for Phoenix-area proximity. 10–30% travel is expected for site visits, trade shows, and team meetings.
