Job Summary: 
The Global Program Manager will be responsible for leading strategic program initiatives that support DMD’s global ITAD operations, and customer needs (e.g., box programs, refurbishment and repair, etc.). This role will oversee program design, execution, optimize processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to scale our ITAD services worldwide. This person will also work in close collaboration with our internal teams including Service Delivery, Global Vendor Management, Sales, Finance and Operations.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Program Strategy & Execution 

  • Onboard, develop and manage global ITAD programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and DMD’s global expansion goals. 

  • Oversee the implementation of strategic programs that will include innovative operational processes, technology solutions, and service offerings across all regions. 

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Service Delivery (Global Vendor Management). 

  • Establish program governance frameworks, including objectives, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms. 

  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline ITAD workflows, enhance service quality, and improve operational efficiency. 

  • Partner with leadership to identify initiatives to standardize global processes while ensuring flexibility to meet regional and customer-specific requirements. 

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and documentation to support program consistency. 

  • Maintain process for accurate program billing and invoicing.  

Compliance & Risk Management 

  • Ensure ITAD programs adhere to global compliance standards (e.g., R2, data security regulations). 

  • Work closely with Compliance to monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary program adjustments. 

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program quality. 

Customer & Vendor Engagement 

  • Work in conjunction with Processing Teams and Global Vendor Management ensuring programs meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations. 

  • Support the sales team in program brainstorming, development and design for new business opportunities. 

Data & Performance Management 

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on program performance and strategic recommendations. 

Education and Experience: 

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in ITAD, technology, or logistics. 

  • Strong understanding of ITAD processes, compliance requirements, and global logistics networks. 

  • Proven ability to build and lead complex programs, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives. 

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. 

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and process improvement methodologies. 

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Employment Details:
